Pulse Integration

Easyforms now integrates directly with Pulse Claims Management Software to allow Building Assessments, MakeSafe Reports and Contracts to be uploaded from the damaged site to the Claim Number in the Pulse database for the claims management process. Easyforms makes it easy.

Insurance Forms

Just a quick update to let you know that more and more insurance builders are using Easyforms to conduct their Building Assessment Reports for the insurance companies. By using Easyforms Building Assessments can be sent straight from the disaster zone back to expedite the repair process.

The reports include predefined options to allow the assessors to complete reports in minutes, and the inclusion of photos fields mean that images of the damage can be saved straight from their tablet or phone into the report.

Subcontractor Inspection Weekly record of subcontractor inspection + corrective action requirements. Includes photos in report.
Site Inspection Weekly record of site inspection + corrective action requirements. Includes photos in report.
Toolbox Talk Weekly record of toolbox talk and attendance. Works in conjunction with paper form Toolbox Attendance Record (captured into Report via photo).
Purchase Order Allow Web Forms users to process Purchase Orders electronically
Incident Report Report of incidents including personal injury, equipment, environment and near miss.

hUZZAH! The Demo is alive

Just a quick one to advise that the Easy Forms demo is running. We have used a Subcontractor Inspection Record for the time being but this may change down the track.

The record will be emailed in PDF to any one completing the form. This would also normally be saved to a Dropbox or other online storage area (eg FTP server etc).
